Because our products are hygienic, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Order Modifications
Order processing starts right after you submit your order. Once placed, you cannot change, cancel, or get a refund on your order. This includes products, quantities, shipping methods, and delivery addresses.
Returns
To qualify for store credit, you must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after the 7-day period from your delivery date will not be accepted. The 7-day period begins on the day you receive the package, as confirmed by the delivery carrier.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be in original, resellable condition
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Hair cannot be combed, brushed, cut, colored, or styled
- Original ties and packaging must remain intact

Shipping Your Return:
Select a shipping carrier that provides tracking and requires a signature for delivery. This precaution ensures your return is secure. MissyQuai is not liable for items lost during transit.
Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A $40 restocking fee applies to all returns. Store credit is issued after items are confirmed to be in resalable condition. Items purchased during expired promotions are not eligible for those promotions if reordered. Store credits and gift cards are non-redeemable for cash.
Original shipping and Route Insurance costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or altered products will not be accepted for return; this includes items with:
- Cut wefts
- Plucked, customized, or cut lace
- Bleached knots
- Dyed or colored hair
- Any other modifications or alterations
Due to the delicate nature of lace products (full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals), these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced under any circumstances.

We stand behind our products with a 100% quality guarantee. Natural hair responds to washing and conditioning, so many concerns can be resolved with our recommended hair regimen.
If you believe you've received a defective product, please contact Customer Care at
info@missyquai.com within 7 days of delivery to report the issue. Provide details about the issue and, if possible, photos. 3. Do not alter the product in any way.
You cannot get compensation if you use products we do not recommend, undergo chemical processes (such as perming, coloring, or bleaching), or make changes to the weft, such as cutting or removing hair from the weft. Any alterations make you ineligible for compensation.
If MissyQuai verifies a product defect, we will provide an appropriate solution.
If we do not validate a product defect, the item will be returned to you at our expense via Priority Mail without replacement.
Full lace wigs, lace closures, and lace frontals cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced due to their delicate nature.
Return to Sender Shipments
A signature is required for the delivery of every product. Ensure someone is available at the address to sign. If delivery attempts fail one to three times, the carrier will return the package to MissyQuai.
Return-to-sender packages will incur a $40 restocking fee. Once we receive the returned package, we will process it and issue store credit for future use.
Expenses Associated with Delayed or Incorrect Orders
MissyQuai is not responsible for hair appointment fees charged if you cancel with your stylist or salon. Please receive and check all items before you schedule appointments. MissyQuai Signature Hair is not responsible for installation costs. Shipping and Route Insurance costs are not refundable.
Expenses Associated with Hair Installation
MissyQuai Signature Hair does not cover expenses related to: hair installations, takedowns, reinstallations, appointment cancellations or rescheduling, other installation-related expenses, or damage caused by bleached knots, cut wefts, chemical treatments, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
MissyQuai’s responsibility is only what we list in this policy. We are not responsible for products that are unavailable after you buy them. We are not responsible for special, indirect, or punitive damages. This is true even if you tell us they might happen.
Third-party claims, except as expressly stated in this policy
This limitation applies to both products and services.
Maximum Liability:
For product purchases: Limited to the total amount paid for those products.
For service purchases not bundled with products: Limited to the total amount paid for those services.
