Returns & Exchanges Policy

We strongly encourage you to inspect your package once received! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back. All returning items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them to be eligible for a refund or exchange. When sending an item back to us, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and signature upon delivery. A refund/ exchange cannot be processed if the item is lost or stolen enroute.

HOW DO REFUNDS WORK?

We will stay in communication with you throughout the process. A notification email will be sent to you; once your return is received and inspected by our MissyQuai Signature Hair team. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours of the original refund approval email. A credit will be applied to the credit/ debit card used to make the original purchase.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We will happily replace an item if it is defective, damaged, or unsuitable (i.e., not your desired length or texture). Suppose the MissyQuai Signature Hair makes an error on your order. In that case, we will happily cover the shipping cost for the exchange. Suppose a customer makes a mistake on an order and wants an exchange. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with the exchange both back to us and back to you.

  • We WILL NOT honor a request for an exchange or refund of any hair bundles or closures that have been chemically treated or damaged - NO EXCEPTIONS
