RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strongly encourage all clients to inspect your package once received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ship it back to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be unused and returned in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and signature upon delivery when sending your package back to us.

A refund / exchange cannot be processed for lost or stolen items.

OOnce your return is received and inspected by our MissyQuai Signature Hair team, you will receive an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours. A credit will be applied to the credit / debit card that you used for the original purchase.

We will happily replace items mailed to our customers that are defective, damaged or unsuitable (i.e. not the length or texture you desired).

  • Only when MissyQuai Signature Hair makes an error on the order, will the shipping cost for the exchange be covered.
  • If you (the customer) makes a mistake on the order and wants an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the exchange both ways.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 48 hours of the refund approval email that we sent. A credit will be applied to the credit / debit card that you used for the original purchase.

  • No return or exchange request will be honored after 30 days of delivery - NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • We WILL NOT honor a request for an exchange or refund of any hair bundles or closures that have been chemically treated or damaged. - NO EXCEPTIONS
